Expanding Your Emergency Network
The smart escalation policy is designed to ensure that in any emergency, responses are timely and efficient. Here's how it works:
Escalation Levels:
Each contact in your emergency network is assigned an escalation level. This determines the order in which they are contacted during an emergency.
Customized Wait Times
You set a specific wait time for each contact. If a contact does not respond within this designated period, the system automatically moves to the next person in line.
Automatic Progression
This process continues seamlessly, moving down the list of contacts based on their escalation level and your specified wait times, until someone responds.
